The Liaise Founding Cohort is more than a leadership programme. It's the beginning of a community of people who want to lead with confidence, integrity and humanity.
I've deliberately chosen to begin with a small group because I believe the best learning happens when people have the time and space to think, contribute and build genuine relationships. This first cohort will help shape the future of the Liaise Leadership Experience and your insights will influence how this and other programmes develop for those who follow.
Throughout the programme, you'll have the opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, learn alongside others, put new ideas into practice and reflect on your experiences in a supportive environment.
The programme combines individual coaching, face-to-face experiences and interactive online sessions to create a learning journey that fits around your work and life, while still allowing time for meaningful connection.
There will be two face to face gatherings, one at the beginning and one at the end of the programme. These will take place in carefully chosen locations that encourage reflection, conversation and creativity. The exact location will be selected once the cohort is confirmed, ensuring it's as accessible as possible for everyone taking part.
By the end of the programme, my hope isn't simply that you'll have developed new leadership skills.
I hope you'll leave with greater confidence in yourself, a deeper understanding of others, lasting professional connections and the belief that leadership is something you demonstrate every day, not something defined by a job title.
As the Founding Cohort, your insights will help shape the future of Liaise leadership programmes, ensuring each one reflects the same values, quality and experience.
The programme will be accredited by the Institute of Leadership and each participant will not only receive the Liaise Certificate of Completion but also from the Institute along with one year's Student membership, which provides access to a plethora of information and tools.
Prior to the session and to deepen your understanding of yourself and others you will complete a personality profile which will be followed up by a 45 minute coaching session for deeper insight. This will be followed up with a Leadership Discovery session where the founding cohort will explore more about the importance of our personalities as leaders and how to approach differing personality profiles.
The programme outlined below is our starting point, not a rigid syllabus. The Founding Cohort will help shape the experience as it develops, so topics and emphasis may evolve in response to the conversations, experiences and needs of the group.

You just need to be curious, willing to learn and open to discovering more about yourself, the people around you and the kind of leader you want to become.
The Founding Cohort will be a small group, creating space for honest conversations, shared experiences, individual reflection and plenty of opportunity to put what we explore into practice.
And because this is our first cohort, you'll be part of something rather special. Your experiences and feedback will help us learn too, shaping and refining the programme for those who follow.

Founding Cohort Investment
£750 per participant
The full programme will normally be £2,500 per participant.
As a member of our Founding Cohort, you'll experience the complete programme at a significantly reduced rate. In return, we'll ask for your commitment, participation and honest feedback as we learn, refine and shape the experience for future cohorts.
