Throughout my career I've experienced the highs, the lows and everything in between. I've worked with inspiring leaders, learned from exceptional people, made mistakes, faced difficult challenges and had moments that tested me more than I ever expected. Some experiences I'd happily repeat. Others I wouldn't wish on anyone.

But every single one of them taught me something.

Those experiences, combined with years of coaching, training and working alongside people from all walks of life, have shaped the way  and why I help others today.
